SELF-DEFENCE STORM

Storm offers Personal Training on a one to one or group basis and Bootcamps in various locations such as Beaches and Parks for:

  • Muscle building
  • Toning and Fitness
  • Core Body Strength
  • Boxing & Kicking
  • Self Defense

With the use of equipment including KO8 Resistance / Suspension Bands, Weights and Station Training. Storm also offers tailored nutritional and dietary advice.

Self Defence Storm offers an excellent “PUMA FORCE SELF DEFENCE” programme designed for woman and those who feel vulnerable! It focuses on the 13 articulation points (joints) of the body and the manipulation of these joints to immobilise an attacker!

Beginners are very welcome and a certificate will be awarded on completion of the course!!

What do I offer?

Toning and Fitness

Using the elastic resistance of the KO8 bands in conjunction with the suspension of your body whilst doing a variety of exercises in a constant repetitive motion. Also offered are weights, boxing and kicking.

Boxing & Kicking

Various basic boxing exercises and combinations using boxing gloves and pads and kicking training on a kick pad, increasing your fitness, speed and stamina.

Muscle building

We use a KO8 system with suspension / resistance bands. This functions with your suspended body weight and elastic resistance and weights in various exciting challenging ways.

Core Body Strength

Within the KO8 system, specific exercises have been created for maximum Core Body Strength. Also station exercises targeting the core areas using a variety of equipment.

Self Defense

We all have the right to defend ourselves and there are multiple ways to do so. Body Storm offers a freelance understanding and practical exercises of how to use the particular body movements and appenditures to defend oneself.
